At Verset United Kingdom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unopened fragrance in its original box and include a copy of your delivery note or the provided RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship to Verset UK

  Send your parcel via a tracked courier service to our UK distribution center; please ensure you retain your proof of postage for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
